Booking Tips

  • Advance Reservations: It’s advisable to book your charter in advance, especially during peak fishing seasons (December through April).
  • What to Bring: Bring sunscreen, preferably cream, not spray. You should have a hat, sunglasses, and a long-sleeve shirt. Include light rain gear during the rainy season. Pack any personal snacks or drinks you prefer. Prepare for your full or half-day fishing adventure suitably.
  • Catch Policy: Many charters practice catch and release, especially for billfish like marlin and sailfish, to preserve the fishery.

We understand that plans change. That’s why, when you book with us, you have the flexibility to change your travels. You can re-book when it suits you. Change or cancel your travel plans up to 48 hours before departure, with no fees.  Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the departure date/time may not receive a refund.

All Change Requests shall be processed by Pininos  conditioned to the availability and agreement of the applicable Supplier. Pininos does not guarantee the success of any Change Request. If the Supplier is unwilling to accept such Change Request, the cancellation terms of your Booking will apply. These terms determine your right to a refund (if any). If the Supplier is unable to accept the Change Demand, the cancellation terms of your Booking will apply.

 If you make a Booking using a promotion code, you may invalidate your discount. The same applies if you accept a discount or special-offer price during the check-out process. Making a Change Request after Booking can cause invalidation.

No refunds are available once an Experience has commenced. This also applies to any Product’s package, accommodation, meals or any other services that have started to be utilized.
