Liberia Airport (officially Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport) is the main gateway to Costa Rica’s Guanacaste region. The drive from Liberia Airport to Secrets Papagayo Resort & Spa takes about 20-25 minutes along well-maintained roads.

After leaving the airport, travelers typically head west on Route 21. Next, they take Route 253 toward the Gulf of Papagayo.

This scenic route passes through small towns. Lush tropical landscapes follow the journey, offering glimpses of the region’s dry forests and rolling hills.

Change or cancel your travel plans up to 48 hours before departure, with no fees. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the departure date/time not get a refund.

Pininos shall process all Change Requests depending on the availability and agreement of the applicable Supplier. Pininos does not guarantee the success of any Change Request.

If the Supplier can’t accept the Change Request, you can get a refund. The refund is based on the cancellation terms of your Booking.

 If you use a promo code or discount when booking, changing your reservation later may cancel the discount.

Once you start an Experience, we do not give refunds. We also do not provide refunds for any services that you have already used.
