Change or cancel your travel plans up to 48 hours before departure, with no fees. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the departure date/time may not receive a refund.

Pininos shall process all Change Requests subject to the availability and agreement of the applicable Supplier.

If the Supplier can’t accept the Change Request, you can get a refund based on the cancellation terms of your Booking.

 If you use a promo code or discount when booking, changing your reservation later might cancel the discount.

Once you start an Experience, we do not give refunds.
